Moncada Eyewear – Affiliate Terms of Service

By joining the Moncada Eyewear Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms are legally binding and apply to any affiliate, partner, or third party engaging in promotional activities related to Moncada Eyewear.

1. Trademark Usage Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using the registered trademark “Moncada Eyewear”—or any variation thereof (including but not limited to misspellings or intentional modifications)—for the purpose of:

* Indexing content on search engines (e.g., as meta titles, keywords, page URLs, headers, etc.)

* Gaining visibility via paid or organic SEO by targeting users searching specifically for our brand name

* Publishing content that includes unauthorized or fabricated coupon codes attached to the Moncada Eyewear brand

These actions constitute trademark infringement and may be deemed deceptive, misleading, and in violation of intellectual property laws and unfair competition regulations under both EU and international standards.

2. Unacceptable Marketing Practices

We do not permit affiliates to:

* Hijack branded search traffic intended for our official channels

* Represent themselves as Moncada Eyewear or give the impression of being officially endorsed or managed by the brand

* Use clickbait, misleading coupon offers, or any form of manipulation to generate affiliate conversions

Such practices do not add legitimate value to our brand’s visibility or sales performance and will result in immediate termination of the affiliate partnership and possible legal action.

3. Acceptable Promotional Channels

Moncada Eyewear encourages and supports affiliates who promote our brand through value-added strategies, including:

* Content marketing related to non-branded, generic long-tail keywords (e.g., men’s acetate sunglasses, buy polarized lenses, summer eyewear trends)

* High-quality blog posts, video reviews, or social media promotions that educate or inspire potential customers

* Ethical SEO practices that do not exploit our brand’s name or trademark

We are open to partnerships that align with our long-term branding efforts and enhance the customer experience.

4. Consequences of Violation

Any violation of these Terms—especially with regard to trademark misuse or traffic manipulation—will result in:

* Immediate termination of your affiliate account

* Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions associated with unauthorized or non-compliant traffic

* Potential legal action by Valorvue S.r.l., including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and legal costs, where applicable under intellectual property and competition laws

5. Final Provisions

These Terms are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Valorvue S.r.l. Affiliates are responsible for keeping up to date with the latest version.

Moncada Eyewear and Valorvue S.r.l. reserve all rights not expressly granted here in.
