Moncada eyewear is a small eyewear company. Please remember that orders are generally processed and shipped within four business days of receipt and, therefore, 1-4 business days should be added to the corresponding delivery time shown with your shipping choice.

All our eyeglasses are shipped with airbags protection, inside hard gift boxes.

We offer free shipping via USPS, CNE, Yun Express and Poste Italiane with the following

Italy: 4 - 5 business days (upon national warehouse availability)

Other European countries: 8 - 10 business days

United States: 7 - 9 business days

Canada and Australia: 10 - 15 business days

India: 10 - 15 business days

Saudi Arabia: 10 - 15 business days

Brazil and Mexico: 20 to 30 business days

Other countries: 10 - 15 business days

Due to varied current international circumstances, there may be shipping delays.

We provide tracking codes immediately after shipping, so you can easy track your package.

If your package is lost or damaged we offer a replacement or a full refund.
