We suggest that you carefully review the product details and specifications, including the high-definition images and accurate measurements that we provide, in order to ensure that you make an informed decision.

It is important to note that international shipping can be a costly process, particularly in the event that you need to return or exchange the product. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to consider all aspects of your purchase before finalizing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your frame must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

MONCADA also requires customers to include either the original invoice or a note containing their order number, full name, and email address inside the returned package. This information is crucial for a fast and legal refund process. Failure to provide this documentation may result in delays or complications in processing the return.

- Refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The ordered product must be returned to us by Certified Mail. MONCADA also requires customers to include either the original invoice or a note containing their order number, full name, and email address inside the returned package. This information is crucial for expediting the refund process. Failure to provide this documentation may result in delays or complications in processing the return.

Once the product has been deemed an eligible return, MONCADA will refund the customer the funding spent on the returned products minus shipping and handling

We advise you to make every reasonable effort to ensure the delivery of the returned goods.

 

- Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@moncadaeyewear.com


Please specify to your shipping company and on the package: "return order (your order number), do not apply customs fees".

If customs fees are applied we'll not be able to accept the return.

 

 

Please note that Refunds will not be issued for missing, destroyed or stolen packages resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unsecured address provided by the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure to get the package and ensure that their shipping address is accurate / secure.

This includes verifying the address for any errors or missing information, such as apartment or suite numbers, and ensuring that the location is safe and accessible for delivery. It is highly recommended that customers provide a secure and reliable address for the delivery of their orders to avoid any inconvenience.
