Returns, made simple

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your frames within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

How to return

1. Email sales@moncadaeyewear.com with your order number and tell us which pair you're sending back.
2. Pack the frames unworn, in their original box and case, and add a note with your order number and full name.
3. Ship the parcel to the address below. We recommend a tracked service so you can follow your return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If you're shipping from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as "Returned goods – order #(number), no commercial value" so no customs fees are charged on arrival.

Your refund

As soon as your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you and refund the full product price to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Want a different model or colour? Just tell us in your email. We'll refund your return and you can place a new order, so your new pair ships right away.

Damaged, defective or lost?

If your parcel arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we send you a new pair or refund you in full. Our frames carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. For accidental damage, we replace your pair at 50% of the price, shipping included.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement (an email is enough) before the 14 days are over. Our 30-day return window is a commercial policy we offer on top of this right and does not limit it. This is in addition to our warranty and your legal guarantee of conformity.
