Shipping
Every order is tracked and insured, packed in our hard gift box with protective wrapping.
When will it arrive?
Each pair is checked and packed by hand, so orders leave our workshop within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are:
- Italy: 4–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–7 business days
- United States: 6–7 business days
- Canada and Australia: 10–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–15 business days
You receive your tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping cost
Your shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout, before you pay.
Duties and taxes
EU orders: all duties and taxes are included. Nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Lost or damaged?
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we send you a new pair or refund you in full.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address (including apartment number) at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will get in touch to send it again.
Why direct?
We sell only on our own website, with no wholesalers or retailers in between. Fewer hands, less unnecessary transport, a fairer price for you.
